To report a street light outage to Oncor, call them at 888-313-4747
or follow the steps below to submit an online report:
1) Go to https://www.oncorstreetlight.com/
2) Enter a street address at the top and click Go
3) Move the map to display the street light in question
4) Complete the information at the right of the map; add additional information
below the map. When you're done, click Submit Report.
